This winter vacation we held an eXchange training to enable members to be an independent SN/TN managers, there are only 3 lectures and 4 Faci, but we got 27 participants from YZLC, TSLC, SCLC, and CCLC.

The member from CCLC is the biggest group of this training, according to evaluation form, everyone can understand objective of this training, partly of delegates can not understand X 章程, in “Pool analysis”, some members do not feel this session can connect to reality. In “Simulation”, most of members agree this session is really help to do real exchange work, they can feel身歷其境 during interview with SN/TN.In the last session” Country cooperation”, members also think this session is useful for real work.
